Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bbtvmhp@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Claims made after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement.
